1. What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, because a parcel cannot be sent without them. Your order contents and order history. Technical information your browser sends — pages requested and approximate location from your IP address — which we use to keep the site working and to detect abuse.
We never receive your card, UPI or wallet credentials. Those are entered on the payment processor's own form. What comes back to us is a payment identifier, the amount, the method used, and whether it succeeded.

- Payment processors — Razorpay Software Private Limited for orders in India, Stripe, Inc. elsewhere. They receive what they need to take the payment and to meet their own regulatory duties.
- Couriers — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver and call you if they cannot find you.
- Danvir Imports — for deliveries in Trinidad & Tobago, acting as agent for Shuka Technologies Inc.
- Email and hosting providers — who process order confirmations and serve this site on our instructions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — which in India is currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year, and in the United States is generally seven years. Enquiries that never became orders are deleted within 24 months.
5. Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion cannot extend to records we are legally required to keep — a completed invoice, for instance — but everything else goes. Write to sdvsglobal@gmail.com.
6. Cookies and local storage
Your cart is kept in your browser's own storage so it survives a reload; it is not sent anywhere until you check out. A sign-in leaves a session token in your browser. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
